Arete Applies for 2025 RM8 Pitch Competition
Arete Medical Devices is excited to announce that we have entered the Arete Adjustable Airway into the 2025 Rm8 Pitch Competition.
The premier pitch competition for nurse anesthesiology innovators, the Rm8 Pitch Competition will be held during the AANA 2025 Annual Congress the week of Aug. 12 in Nashville, TN. Finalists will be announced in the coming weeks.
Participants can win up to $15,000 to accelerate company innovation. All participants receive two complimentary AANA Annual Congress registrations, personalized pitch coaching to perfect the 5-minute presentation, and most important exposure at AANA 2025 Annual Congress with a live pitch before industry leaders and potential investors.
2024 finalists include Triangle Airway Solutions, Intellisthesia, Ollivate, and Synesthesia with HAI Solutions taking home 1st Prize and $15,000.
Rm8 Pitch Details
Do you have a groundbreaking idea that could transform the field of nurse anesthesiology? The Rm8 iNoV8 Pitch Competition allows nurse anesthesiology innovators to bring their ideas to life with support from Rm8, AANA’s innovation lab.
We seek CRNA/nurse anesthesiologist-led or RN-APRN-led concepts that enhance patient safety, outcomes, or provider experience across various healthcare settings, including academia, clinical practice, public health, and beyond.
Important 2025 Dates
May 9, 5 p.m. CT – Applications close
May 15-22 – Participants selected & notified
June 2-July 7 – Pitch coaching period
Aug. 10, 6-7 p.m. CT – Meet & Greet at the JW Marriott Bourbon Sky Lounge
Aug. 11 – Mandatory technical rehearsal
